The 2026.01.08 release introduces a new Forms module together with improvements to login functionality, security, and overall system stability.

The Forms module makes it possible to handle inspections, checklists, and risk assessments directly inside MNT instead of using paper forms or separate systems. Forms can be assigned based on user roles, filled out digitally, signed when required, and automatically saved as PDF documentation. This makes it easier to document completed tasks, keep records in one place, and retrieve previous forms when needed for review, audits, or internal follow-up.

For administrators, form templates can be created and managed centrally, including control over who can see and complete each form. Submitted forms are stored in the system with search functionality and download support, reducing the need for manual filing or scanning.

Login improvements include a secure email-based password reset function and improved password handling. Stability across login-related pages has been strengthened to reduce access issues and improve reliability in daily use.

Overall, this update focuses on making documentation simpler, reducing paper-based work, and improving system reliability without changing how users work in the rest of the platform.

As always, we appreciate your feedback and suggestions. If you have any questions or comments about CIMCO MNT, please feel free to reach out to us.
